Parent Resource Guide:

On the first day of camp you will receive a Parent Manual that provides all the details needed for camp. This manual includes daily schedules, rules and procedures.

Camper Drop Off and Pick Up:

Attendance will be taken daily and campers will not be free to leave the site during camp hours. We ask cooperation in stressing this policy to your child. Campers registered need to be signed in and out daily. On the Enrollment packet is a section to list names of three people who may pick up your child; these people will be asked to present identification at the time of pick-up. If someone is not on this list and we have not received a written note prior to this time, we will not release your child.

Field Trips:

All travel schedules are tentative. As we approach the scheduled trip date we may need to change location or date due to inclement weather or other difficulties. Trip dates and locations are listed on the weekly calendar. It is mandatory for your camper to wear his/her camp T-shirt on field trip days. A sack lunch in a paper bag and drink should be brought from home on these days (unless noted on weekly newsletter).
